Summer Associate (10 week program)
About Us:

About You:
A top-performing MBA candidate who is interested in gaining insight into a consulting career or the fashion/consumer industries.
You’re naturally curious, a deep thinker, and possess more energy than you know what to do with. The stress of a looming deadline does not rattle you because you know you will get it done on time. You are very comfortable working independently and love taking on new responsibilities. You love to learn and you are confident in teaching what you’ve learned to others.
What you will do:

Support the Principals and Consultants on project work. You will learn how to draft effective strategy presentations and build real world financial models.

Research and learn about new industries using primary and secondary research methods

Support research and writing of White Papers
-
Shadow consultants and participate in team meetings ranging from initial brainstorming through final draft
Required Qualifications & Core Competencies:
-
Current MBA student
-
Excellent PowerPoint skills
-
Obsessive attention to detail
-
Strong written communicator
-
Comfortable working independently and owning deadlines

Deep sense of integrity
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Prior experience in consulting, fashion, or consumer products

Strong Excel skills

Client facing experience
Compensation:
For academic credit with stipend for commuting cost
Hours & Location:
Hours vary depending on project flow and deadlines. We are located in Back Bay near the Arlington T stop, but you can work remote most of the time and we do not value “face time”. We live by project milestones and don’t give out busywork. Every assignment we give you is designed to help you learn and add value to the firm.
